We, Workout Titan Limited ("us", "we", or "our"), operate both the website found at https://workouttitan.com and the mobile application available for download on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, collectively referred to as the "Service".
This page informs you of our policies regarding the sale of our Subscription offering and your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
Subscriptions
After utilising your three free client slots with Workout Titan's Foundation plan, a subscription is required to invite more clients to the platform. Subscriptions can be purchased directly within the Apple or Android versions of the Workout Titan app through in-app purchases. These subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are typically set on a monthly basis unless an annual plan is selected. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription renewal through the subscription management settings on your device:
- Apple Users: You can manage your subscription via the Subscriptions settings in the App Store or by selecting the 'Manage subscription' button in the 'Manage account' section of the Workout Titan app.
- Android Users: You can manage your subscription through the Google Play Store subscription settings or by selecting the 'Manage subscription' button in the 'Manage account' section of the Workout Titan app.

Payment and Billing
For subscriptions made through the Workout Titan app, payment processing is securely handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device platform. A valid payment method (e.g., debit or credit card) linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account is required to process recurring subscription payments. By subscribing, you authorise Apple or Google to charge all subscription fees to your selected payment method in accordance with their respective terms of service.
If your automatic payment fails for any reason, your subscription benefits, including the ability to invite additional clients, may be temporarily suspended. However, grace periods vary depending on the platform:
- Apple Users: Subscriptions remain active during a 16-day grace period for both monthly and annual plans.
- Android Users: Subscriptions remain active during a 7-day grace period for monthly plans and a 14-day grace period for annual plans.
During the grace period, you will receive notifications via email or app alerts, prompting you to resolve the payment issue. To regain uninterrupted access, you must update your payment method through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. If the issue is not resolved by the end of the grace period, your subscription benefits will be suspended.
Cancellation and Termination
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to the app's features, provided you stay within your client quota. After the end of your current Billing Cycle, your account will automatically revert to the Foundation Plan, which allows up to three active clients. If you exceed this quota, the app will require you to archive clients until you are within the limit.
Since all features are available regardless of subscription status, your ability to use Workout Titan is unrestricted as long as you comply with the client quota. To invite additional clients or exceed the Foundation Plan quota, you will need to reactivate your subscription.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings, by contacting our support team, or by tapping the 'Upgrade plan' option within the app.
Workout Titan Limited reserves the right to terminate your access at any time without prior notice if you violate the terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity.
Fee Changes and Notifications
Workout Titan Limited reserves the right to modify Subscription fees for the Service at any time. Any changes to Subscription fees will be managed in accordance with the policies of the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You will be notified of any price changes by the platform and given the option to accept the new fee or cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Fee changes will only apply with your consent, as required by platform policies. If you do not cancel your subscription before the next Billing Cycle, your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the updated Subscription fee.
Refunds
Refund Policy
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds for in-app subscriptions purchased through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) are managed exclusively by the respective platform:
- Apple Users: Submit refund requests through the Apple Support website or directly via your purchase history in your Apple ID settings.
- Android Users: Submit refund requests through the Google Play Help Center or your Google Play account.
Workout Titan Limited cannot directly approve or process refunds for in-app purchases. For questions or additional guidance, please contact our support team at help@workouttitan.com. Refunds, if approved by Apple or Google, will be processed according to their policies and timelines.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK law), you are entitled to a refund if the service provided is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
For users outside the UK, your rights are governed by the consumer protection laws applicable in your country or region. Please note that for digital services, once you access or use the service, you may lose your automatic right to a refund unless the service fails to meet these legal standards.

Annual Subscriptions on Android (Infinity Plan)
Currently, the annual subscription option for the Infinity Plan is unavailable on Android due to platform limitations. Android users can still subscribe to the Infinity Plan on a monthly basis. We apologise for any inconvenience and are actively exploring solutions to enable an annual subscription option on Android in the future.

Privacy and Data Collection
Workout Titan Limited respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment processing is securely managed by the respective platform. Workout Titan does not store or process payment information, such as credit card details, directly.
The billing and payment data collected by Apple or Google is subject to their own privacy and data protection policies. We recommend reviewing these policies to understand how your information is handled:
