Workout Titan Limited is duly registered and incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. Our company is listed with Companies House under registration number 15657325. We, Workout Titan Limited ("us", "we", or "our"), operate both the website found at https://workouttitan.com and the mobile application available for download on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, collectively referred to as the "Service".

This page informs you of our policies regarding the sale of our Subscription offering and your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

Subscriptions

After exhausting the 1 month free trial period, a Subscription is required. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless cancelled. You may cancel your Subscription renewal within the Subscription-related settings section of the platform or by contacting our help and support team directly.

Tailored Subscription packages may include a Billing Cycle that is set on an annual basis. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, tailored packages are bound by the policies outlined on this page.

Workout Titan Limited reserves the right to terminate your Subscription to the Service at any time, without prior notice.

A valid payment method including, but not limited to, a debit or credit card, is required to process the recurring payments for your Subscription. You shall provide Workout Titan Limited and the third-party companies ("Service Providers") we employ with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, county, postal code, telephone number, as well as valid payment method information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for our policies regarding the collection of this information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise Workout Titan Limited and any employed Service Providers to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment methods.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, you will immediately lose access to benefits limited to the Subscription package. Workout Titan Limited will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

If you cancel your Subscription, the benefits limited to the Subscription package will expire at the end of your current Billing Cycle. You can reactivate your subscription at any time within the Subscription-related settings section of the platform or by contacting our help and support team directly.

Fee Changes

Workout Titan Limited, in its sole discretion, may modify the Subscription fees for the Service at any time. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Workout Titan Limited will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Refund Policy

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds are warranted. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at email with your request and a detailed explanation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days of approval.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if the service provided is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.

Cancellation Consumer Rights for Annual Billing

Tailored Subscription packages may include a Billing Cycle that is set on an annual basis. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, tailored packages are bound by the policies outlined on this page. If you cancel your annual subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing year. However, you may be entitled to a partial refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of the subscription term under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). If you cancel within this 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you.
