How to unsubscribe from receiving emails

At Workout Titan, we prioritise your privacy and understand the importance of giving you control over the marketing emails you receive. When creating a Workout Titan account, you can choose whether or not to opt-in to our marketing emails. We believe in opting-in rather than opting-out, so these options are clearly presented, and opt-out is enabled by default. Additionally, you can manage your email preferences at any time through the 'Manage account' page.

Opting out

If you decide you no longer want to receive marketing emails from Workout Titan, the opt-out process is straightforward. You can unsubscribe by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link located in the email footer or by adjusting your preferences on the 'Manage account' page of our web platform or companion app. You can choose to opt-out of 'Magazine emails', 'Announcement emails', or both, according to your preferences.

Essential emails

Please note that opting out of marketing emails will not affect the receipt of essential emails, such as password resets and security alerts, which will still be sent to the email address associated with your Workout Titan account. If you wish to stop receiving all emails from Workout Titan, you can request the erasure of your account via the 'Manage account' page. Your control and choices are important to us, and we strive to make managing your email preferences simple.

Privacy is a fundamental human right and one of our core values. That's why everything we do prioritises privacy. When Workout Titan sends marketing emails, we use minimal tracking, typically only monitoring how many times the email is opened and if any elements within the email are interacted with.
